At my place of employment, I recently learned that my entire department is being outsourced. Have you ever experienced this? Well, I guess you could say that happened. I was at an on-site travel office at Anheuser-Busch (which, after 150 years, sold to a foreign company, InBev last year). They kept laying off people in my office. Then we found out A-B/InBev decided to go to an online booking tool...and my office was shut down. The handful of us that was left did end up staying with the company at other positions...

Will it be uncomfortable to swallow the camera to view my stomach lining? If you mean an Upper Endoscopy, no, not at all. I have a history of ulcers and gastritis, and I've had that done twice. Both times I was given something to "relax" me, but I actually was completely out during the procedure. I didn't have any soreness in my throat, either, as I had been advised was a possible side effect.

I just started Weight Watchers and I'm feeling pretty grumpy. Can you offer some words of encouragement so I don't go eat a side of beef? I tried over and over to lose weight before I started Weight Watchers. I really needed motivation and support to lose weight. My doctor recommended it because it's more of a healthy eating plan than a diet. I lost over 80lbs and 4 sizes in clothes and I've kept it off nearly 3 years. Going to the meetings is a BIG help. Weight Watchers really does work....you can do it!!

Eating breakfast gets your metabolism going and gives you the "fuel" you need to start the day. Not to mention, when you skip a meal, you're more likely to over eat when you DO eat your next meal. What sport played in another country do you not understand the rules of? Although I know there are folks here in the States that do play it, I have never had anyone explain cricket to me so that I can understand it.

My cat makes a stutter noise when he sees a bird. His jaw rapidly moves up and down and there's an accompanying vibrating sound. Is this common? Is there a name for it? I've had, and currently have, cats who do this. It's pretty common. Most people I know who have cats have at least one who does that. That's just their "excited" noise...although, I don't know that there's an actual name for it. We just call it chirping or chattering.

Why don't they give the same passion/time to things that make them happy? I've seen people like that here, and met people like that in person. They always complain and whine. As much as I'd love a house in the country, I'd rather have the 15 minute drive. Until recently, that's exactly how long it took to get to my old office. But, that office closed and I was transferred to one 3 times further away, on highways riddled by construction projects. I long for that short drive(and only going to get gas once a week)!

That leaves the 51% who consider it a success and the rest who say it's too soon to tell. That article "fails" to prove that a majority of people believe he's a failure. Put frozen breasts in crockpot. Add 1 can of diet Coke (or Pepsi) and 1 cup of ketchup. Cook on low all day. It tastes like BBQ chicken. And, it works well with pork chops, too.

We have two shetland sheepdogs that are siblings. The male is from the first litter and the female from the second litter. The male keeps "bugging" the female. Is it ok for them to breed? No, you should not breed sibling dogs. Such breeding could result in birth defects. Think of it in terms of humans. Should a human male breed with his sister? No, of course not! Inbreeding is never wise. Get them spayed/neutered or keep them apart if you plan to breed them....with dogs that are not related to them.
