Hurts when I make a fist, and when I open it back up my ring finger get stuck down then snap back up. Advice? Sounds like trigger finger. I have it and it's not painful, but I guess it could be for some people. My fingers usually only get like that when I've done a lot of work with my hands. It's from spending a lot of time with that person that we learn what distresses them. My guess would be that the question that gets dumped is the one that someone flagged as a duplicate. Why is unrefined cane sugar twice the price of white refined sugar? I should know this since I live on a sugar cane plantation. However, I'm just guessing. I think that it may require a special treatment to be separated and sold in it's natural state. Also, I think some nutrients are generally removed from the sugar, such as iron, for which there may be a market. It's all a guess though.
