No - if I don't have enough dishes, I usually add glass light covers and/or knick-knacks that can safely be washed in the dishwasher. +5

Eat a low fat, low calorie diet and instead of 3 larger meals, eat 6 small meals to keep your metabolism active. One of the keys in dieting safely is to still eat foods from all the food groups, but use the more fibrous foods (veggies) for most of your calories. Drink 4-6 glasses of water each...
