Yo Yo Dieting is very bad for you. That is what killed Mario Lanza, the great singer. He'd gain 100 lbs after a movie was over, then diet to get back to "normal", then gain weight again. Why do people not understand this? Why do people do this? I'm sort of guilty of this. It's about not having enough will power to keep your weight stable.

I just found out I have really high cholesterol. I'm not overweight, but need to change my diet. Any good suggestions? A nice bowl of oatmeal at least 5 times a week will definitely lower your cholesterol but since you dislike it then sprinkle cinnamon on anything you can. I heard it helps somewhat.
