In the south, there are several ways we do it. One, you can use a Mr. Coffee tea maker (I like those). You just fill up the pitcher with ice and about a cup of sugar, more if you want it sweeter...and then you just set it. Or you can put some water on the stove in a pot and put add 4 or 5...

One of the best things in the world that you can do is hold your head up when you walk. Don't look down! This in itself makes you feel better! And people are much more likely to notice you and THINK you have confidence even if you are a bit shy!

It really depends on what I'm doing. I use recipes for about 90% of my baking as you have to be pretty precise with that kind of stuff. For cooking, if it's something specific i'm going for, i'll use a recipe. But sometimes I just get in there and see what happens!

It it said to hinder the digestion process if you eat too fast. Also, if you eat slower you will get the feeling of fullness. I find if I eat fast, I eat more.

It depends on what kind of love you are talking about... Friends and family...yes I'm easy to love. I don't know if I want anyone to love me any other way so I never let it get to a point where that might happen...so I guess I'd be hard to love in that aspect.
