After 27 years of marriage our accounts are all joint. The only time we had separate accounts was when my wife ran her own business and we wanted to keep the finances separate for tax purposes. We routinely made transfers from the business acoount to the personal account.

For self protection. If we are unable or unwilling to provide for our own protection we are at the mercy of those who "say" they will protect us.

Having the cameras pointing to the pool and playground sound like safety measures, but if you have web cams as security cameras, the feeds should be made available to all residents, especially to parents of children using those facilities

You get what you pay for. The flat fee realtors only list your property and leave the rest to you. If you want them to respond to offers or to negotiate for you it will cost you extra. When I sold my home 2 years ago the typical rate was 7%. We negotiated it down to 5%. If you don't want to pay a broker, do a FSBO (for sale by owner)

Maybe it's because we never learned how to apply it without looking like a clown afterwards.
I grew up with 2 brothers, neither of them wore makeup, so they couldn't teach me. My mother wasn't about to teach me.
I'm getting better with practice, help from my wife, and I'm registered with Cover Girl, Maybelline, L'Oreal, etc.
