Does it upset you when u have to say "No" when someone asks you for help?

It's not something i enjoy doing or do very often, but when i need to say no ~ it will bother me a whole lot if i can't at least offer them a helpful suggestion or solution.

My mother does a lot of things, but most of all and best of all ... she cares. She is very kind, supportive, encouraging, forgiving and understanding, and i am very thankful for her presence in my life ♥
