I start at my toes - tense/relax, tense/relax about 10 times. Then move to my calves. Same story. I'm usually asleep before I reach my hips. Don't think of anything but tensing and relaxing a very specific muscle. Does that make sense?

Does anyone collect sports cards anymore?

I do. i have baseball, basketball and football cards from now back to 1980's. I don't buy them all the time but i pick up a pack every now and then. They no longer have gum in them.
