Is a "double bounce" serve on the receiver side considered a point for the server or for the receiver?

Obviously the double bounce on the receiver end is a point to the server. Because the rule is that both the players has to take or hit the ball immediately after the first pitch of the ball on the table, so it serves the answer to this question am i right?

There is nothing called standard colour for a table tennis table, it comes in two different colours usually and the colours are blue and green. I feel both the colours are good and if we go for someother colour it will spoil the board appearence. But the conclusion is there is no standard colour...
