But the noncustodial parent should help pay for the child . It shouldn't be left up to one parent to take care of a child. If you regularly work night shift do you find it easier or harder to sleep through the day than you normally do at night? i work the night shift from 10pm til 6am. I am a care manager at an assisted living home. Its easy to go to sleep, but i want to get up after awhile and get things done around the house and then pick my child up from daycare. I typically get 25hrs a week of sleep.

I go back to mediation in November. Right now the father has supervised visits once a week. We talked today and he said that he is going to ask for every weekend overnight from Sat 8am til Sun 7pm. My ? is would a judge give him every weekend. I feel for you. I go back to mediation in NOvemebr too. The father of my daughter has supervised visits also. He was given 6 months supervised visits and out of the 26 visits he was given he has missed 11. He told me he was going to ask for every weekend too. I hope all works out for you.
