One of my best friends has currently started smoking pot. He's also been very stressed. He is starting to break out with bad acne on his face, arms, and back. Could this be from the pot(that's what I think) or is it just stress(what he thinks)? Unmanaged stress can and does often have many physical manifestations, as we are one body. Not so much a close friend, but someone who worked in the same building that I did and that I hung out with on breaks.
