I was told by a reliable source that my boss criticized me last night for "not doing her f-ing job". I work 60 - 70 hours each week (salary), and always complete every task -- maybe not in his time, but the work is always done. What should I do? You have every right to be choked. This is why I would never work for a salary- it's not worth it. If I were you I would quietly start looking for another job, but don't quit the one you have until you find a better one. I have really thick hair... how do i get it to be thin. but still look really good Is it really long? If it is, then I would suggest that you cut it and get it layered. Layering will make it look thinner, and because it's thick the layering will have lots of body. I just got 8 inches cut off my hair and had it layered just above my shoulders and it looks awsome.

They have proffesionals that know what they are doing and will make it look good.
