I've never flown anywhere that required me to go through Customs. What happens when you do? Usually nothing unless you have done something irregular. It can be a long wait in line, but nothing to be concerned about unless you have done something wrong. Sometimes the customs officials try to throw their weight around, but again, if you have done nothing wrong, not to worry.

No one can ever replace someone else. I sense you are making comparisons here, which will never work. My brother lives in CA and had my mother co-signed for a loan on his house. He gave the house back to the bank because he can not make the monthly payments. Property tax is paid but is my mother liable for the difference when it sells for less? I'm afraid so - and so sorry!

Ideology aside, please, but CAN any regulations, for instance limiting the size of companies or on executive bonuses or minority shareholder rights, actually strengthen a competitive, healthy business environment and global economy? Deregulation started this mess. Everyone needs to be accountable to someone; otherwise, the temptation to cheat is too great.
