Gar...I let myself get "addicted" to caffine. And i normally dont have any, so I've had a major headache. Ive had the headache for two days and I would like to get rid of it without having any caffine. Is there any way to accomplish this? suggestions? Just give it some time..the headaches will fade. I quit drinking coffee a few years back..instead of going cold turkey I drank a cup of mate every morning..it has a small amount of caffiene in it so i was able to wean myself off without any discomfort.

Yes, it seems like a waste..but then, most workplace drug testing is a huge waste of resources. I can see testing someone for probable cause..but random testing doesn't really do much for the employer..and it lowers morale of employees.

Can I add anything to mashed potatoes, apart from butter and milk to make them more interesting or tasty? I like a little bit of garlic that has been oven roasted in a really good olive oil. When they are done roasting I add them with the oil..cuts down on the amount of butter needed and adds flavor!

I got a tattoo about a week ago and now my black ink is coming out of my skin. It is now blotchy. I have taken care of it properly and have not picked at it at all. I was wondering what could be the reasons it has done this? I get these horrible headaches behind my eyes. I believe they're caused by my sinuses but not sure. At times they are very painful and and my eyes feel very weak. Well, there isn't a whole lot you can do about the nausea...you can speak to you doctor about a precription for phenegren, an anti-nausea medication...or you can try a nice strong homeade ginger tea. If you are interested..let me know..I will tell you how to make it...it's actually quite effective.
