2002 Ford Explorer, How do I remove the panel for the heater/AC controls? I need to fix the temperature control but I can't find any screws or way to remove the panel. There are two possibilities. 1. You have to remove the frame around the a/c control and radio, that should reveal the screws. 2. Doesn't have screws but has clamps. Fords are notorious for this. Does the a/c control unit have little holes or slits on the sides? If so, you need a special tool, that goes into those holes and unlocks the clamps. You can get the tool from a ford dealer.

Would like to no if vardy is a russian surname I'm Russian and have never heard the name Vardy. I asked some people who would know and they said that it could be a shortend version of something. Like Mike is for Michael. Vardy could be short for something, however in Russian it does not exist (this short version).
