This is actually becoming somewhat of a trend. Not necessarily an entire base, but U.S. military bases are now hosting foreign militaries. In Idaho, Mountain Home AFB is going to be supporting a squadron or two from Saudi Arabia and already has a few squadrons from Singapore.

I would recommend you watch a few classes where the instructor is teaching to see his (her?) style and how things go. Compare the classes you visit so you can gather what you liked and disliked about the teaching style and go from there.

The most fascinating documentary I saw, was about a genetic condition where a child is born WITHOUT the genetic makeup of BOTH parents... yet is biologically their child. There was one case inparticular where the child was taken away from the mother, and she had to fight in court to get her child back. It was incredible.
