About me:	I was vegan for a great many years. I was not a junk food vegan and I was not 'doing it wrong'. I was misled and brainwashed by a diet that seemed humane and ideal. It's a good idea in thought, but not in practice. Being vegan almost killed me. Ask an Ex-Vegan anything, but you may not like the answer.
