It depends. Most of the time you will get it back quickly with a friendly reminder to add more postage. If 2 people in different states are the deciding votes, and those states have different amount of EC votes, then isn't the person in the less populous state not "equal" to the one in the other? The person in the less populace state has more power. Think of the name of our country: The United STATES. We are a collection of states, each of which is unique and special. The electoral college assures that each state is guaranteed a voice and that the larger states don't dominate.

How do you feel about people who never stop talking? Does it bother you? I tend to talk a lot but I am mindful of that and try to give my friends an equal chance to talk. My best friend says she likes listening to me and encourages me to talk even more. I guess it's a matter of personal preference.
