Check your local supermarket and see if they have this.

After using the restroom at work I wash my hands and then when I get back to my station I wash my hands again. I love staying clean and germ free as much as I can .. but I'm not obsessive.

Do traffic lights really need to be on all day long Yes they do especially at night because it is harder to see. Now you might notice that late at night some lights will blink this is basically turning them into a stop sign with both directions having a right to go but after making sure all's clear first. I believe one will be flashing red and the other flashing yellow but I could be mistaken.

If so you might not be very sincere and it gets to your conscious. If you only do the things once and then after asking for forgiveness you do not do them again it's only your conscious and it will eventually forgive you also if you stop doing something you know is wrong.
