It is not in many cases fair to judge base on a single element. But to be fair all clues are indicators and predictors to help us come to good judgements. I can be guilty on this even though I try to incorporate more than one piece of evidence to try to draw a reasonable conclusion.

Do you like beer?? If not do you like something else with an alcohol content?? Please list(for party ideas)....
In moderation, it's all good. Therein lies the problem. I tend to get very logical with my consumption of alcohol. Why apart from a buzz do I want to drink? Calories higher, how far is a buzz from .08?, costs more, tends to give me a headache the next day, and I love ice tea. So unless I am poolside on a cruise ship with no responsibilities to my family I usually abstain to avoid more...

My girlfriend doesnt want 2 be with me anymore cuz i question her loyalty. i came home frm wrk 1 day & noticed some things. I asked her about it and she says nothing is going on. i pressed her and that is when she broke up with me. what do i make of this?
well to be brief and without your background I can only guess. Guess one would be maybe you she didn't do anything and you approached her in the wrong way and/or too many times over insecurities. Two, she is as guilty as sin and you nailed it and saved yourself a ton of time. Either way this relationship was needing alot of work.

Answering my own question: I think the coworker can be. A good relationship involves trust but some of those business sales trips to paradise, away from reality have been known to snag a spouse or two.

Answer to:
When I make hamburgers, they either fall apart or shrink into big meatballs. How do I make burger patties that stay together and keep their shape?
I am a little more basic. I get an 80/20 ground beef. The leaner the less flavor period. I don't use any fillers or eggs. I like a juicy burger so that is what I prepare for. I use about 1/3 to 1/2 pounds of meat per burger. I season them prior and during. I use a season salt, olive oil, and sometimes a lil extra garlic salt. I get the grill heated up hot to begin with. I cook one...

Why is it that some people who go out and hunt all day, bring home a gutted animal, and butcher it themselves get so sick when they see the same thing happening in a meat locker?
Many people today don't understand the sacrifice or work that has to paid to live. Sitting down at a table to a prepared meal not paid for by that individual insulates the reality of what life is really about.
If a animal live has to be given for food you had better make sure you have done enough to more than replace it for the next person. If you take from the soil and never give...

I am buying a home and the agent said we qualify for an 80/20 loan the first loan would be interest only and the second would fixed. What is a interest only loan?
I know this is a month old question. Interest only does not pay down the home. It only covers the interest so you are not adding to your home equity unless the home is going up in value. Many home buyers are starting the process and finding their loans are gone(history) by closing because of the HUGE mortgae turmoil we are in.
Answer to:
What ia an ARM 10/20 pay option[ I am thinking of refinacing and this has been offered to me. It starts with 2.9% interest only, supposedly for 10 years. When is the principal due and at what rate> Thank you!
Part of the whole crisis today in the mortgage industry is related to arm and particularly option arms. They are getting much harder to get and if you haven't close this option may be gone shortly. If you can't afford the whole payment then maybe its too big.
Answer to:
Yes i would like to know what i can do about my home loan that has never been late ,but yet it has not been reported to the credit bueraus....and will it affect my score once they get it straighgtened out ,will it raise it?
Regularly order and keep a file from your lender of your mortgage payment history. This document from your lender shows from their records your on time payments. This record is honored by many. Next time go with a lender who reports to the three major bureaus so you get the credit you deserve.
Answer to:
Have you been affected by the sub-prime loan bust?
Yes, credit guidelines have tightened alot in the last 6 months eliminating many programs and loans options for people out there.

Answer to:
I'm planning on buying a house but have a lot of credit card debt. is there a way to roll this into a mortgage loan as a new homebuyer, or is that only possible when refinancing?
That is a refi deed. Purchasing is only for the home. Once in the home you can possibly refiance to roll in some debt but you need to have equity, requalify and hopefully on your purchase contract, no prepayment penalty.

What a tease that is... by a dumpster lets you assume know one wants it, or it has no owner, fair game. I would be concerned about marked bills. While I believe in God, I welcome all sides. I feel a close-minded approach to ones beliefs is foolish. No one person has a lock on ideas and learning is a lifetime process. My thoughts are that just because we cannot comprehend, prove, or explain the existence of God to everyone's satisfaction is not an argument for His non-existence. It sounds like your needs and his may be in different directions. How effective are commericals for getting you to use their product?
I think they boost awareness of a name or product. The repeated exposure when you get the the grocery store and look on the shelf can make you choose that product by feeling that you have heard of it or by remembering a claim in the ad. Single ads unless it is a huge offer or very unique are not near as effective as repetitve ones.

Answer to:
What is the main problem if my temperature gauge is rising when in traffic but when it accelerate it goes down, i already check the radiator...
my limited understanding is when you accelerate you increase the air flow which normally may cool the engine, maybe something with circulation in a moving vehicle too but that is only speculation. In either case I think your living on borrowed time, check your fluids, add antifreeze instead of only water to your radiator, and have a mechanic handy.

Do girls/or guys think boobs are a key factor in a relationship? what's the big attraction to them? if a girl has a nice slim body and small boobs, is she still attractive? are they any less "quality" if they're fake?
While I prefer women with them. The beauty is in the inside first. I agree with the superficial statement. Unfortunately in our society we are bombarded and many and I mean many women try to accent their figure rather than hide it. Most by a far margin men appreciate the women's accenting efforts. I don't make the rules they were there a long time before me.
