I'd suggest the he and your mom go to some sort of family counselling...Your mom needs to find ways to deal with this kind of behaviour, or it's going to get worse.

You can tell...If it doesn't hurt any more when you play with it or tug on it a little bit, it'll be fine. Usually with the tongue it only takes a few days for it to start healing.

This is under the Canadian legal system...so I'm assuming these people are canadian. The answer is no. There is no chance in hell he will go to jail for this in Canada. I believe the age of consent here for sex is 14...but even if it isn't, I've never heard on ANY 18 year old...

That's never happened to me. I've had people i know in real life join and tell me about it, and I've gotten to know people on here well enough to say I know them in real life....But i've never bumped into someone on here and realized that I know them in real life.
