Ladies, do you get anything out of magazines for women, like Playgirl? I tend to believe it takes more than pictures of naked men to stimulate a woman, but I could be wrong. It's proved that women rarely are turned on by visuals, like pictures of naked men. I don't buy these kind of magazines, but I'm sure it wouldn't do anything for me.

How do you deal with a violent, rude nine-year-old boy who deliberately breaks rules, swears and spits in your face, hits the family dog etc. Spanking seems so cruel so I don't spank him (should I?), but seriously, I need an effective form of discipline! You should NEVER hurt a child physically in any way! why don't you let him try to attend to, say, martial arts class for children (know a couple of rowdy, young boys, who were taught great discipline there) talking to him, without being patronizing, could also be adviced.

People who are old, handicapped, or otherwise not in good health will have a hard time performing the warm-up exercises, not to mention the main work out. I had an old lady attending taekwondo were I went. She did about as well as anyone of us (except for the really fit) and she thought it was great fun. so I guess my answer to your question is "no".
