I don't keep one because I feel good everyday. Here's why: I get plenty of sleep, I eat right, I exercise everyday, I drink lots of water, and I spend time with those I care about. Plus, I like my job...so that helps.

The only constant is CHANGE. Who can make generalizations and say that Americans are dumber or smarter, tolerant or intolerant? I believe change is good for any country but, at the same time, a country's citizens should hold strong to the principles/morals upon which their nation was founded.

Cops are easily identifiable anywhere and donuts are an inexpensive/fast meal (cops aren't rich). I'm sure, if you looked hard enough, you would see "regulars" go into donut shops who aren't cops but they look like your average joe, so nobody pays attention.

Sunny day. It's better for surfing, snowboarding, cycling, walking, playing tennis, and swimming in the pool. Can't do much on a rainy day except play video games, read, watch TV, or surf the net. Those activities are too sedentary...I don't want to get fat and die prematurely.

45 min, three days per week. I don't do cardio on the same days that I lift weights. On cardio days, I power-walk, play tennis, or surf.

Same as your husbands. However, I use cold water and a delicate cycle. This preserves the fabrics longer. Laundry detergent nowadays are strong enough to use on all fabrics in cold water. This method saves time.

No, not easy in one week. Give all those destinations at least 4 days apiece. Plus, factor in the travel time between them. It takes approx. 6-8 hrs to drive from the Grand Canyon to LA and another 6 hrs to drive from LA to San Fran. Beware, LA is a HUGE city and you can easily get lost there....

Only once a day, just before I go to bed. However, I also floss just before brushing. This helps to remove food and plaque from your teeth & gums. I think brushing once a day is enough. Brushing too much can erode the enamel on your teeth.
