Why cant i run for no longer than two minutes without having to stop and rest? You don't have the endurance/stamina to run for extended periods of time. I suggest going to a gym and walking at a 7/8 incline at a speed of 3.2 on any treadmill. Through time, this will allow you to go faster and faster for extended periods of time and soon enough you can start running at lengths of time and speeds you never thought possible :D
