I often look up symptoms online to get an idea how concerned I need to be about something. But, I also realize that even the sniffles could be caused by a hundred different things. You just have to know your body & not freak out about every little problem you have.

Found a pill on daughters floor and dont know what it is!!!! lite and dark blue with 44-391 on it. does anybody know what it is? Take it to your local pharmacy presuming it is a legal medication. They can tell you exactly what it is.

When you were a kid (living at home) did you get spanked or otherwise physically "punished" (including beaten) when your parents thought you did wrong? Do you think those spankings/beatings/punishments really made you a better adult? I was spanked a few times(on the bottom), not beaten. I learned to fear the belt and all Dad had to do was start to unbuckle his belt and that was enough. I felt that I was disciplined. I didn't feel that anyone was wanting to cause true physical harm - just correction. I suppose that the problem with spanking is some people do it out of a knee jerk anger reaction.
