Its called a "widgit", its for when you pour the can into a glass, it gives the Guiness its thick creamy head :-)

Yep, I have kidney probs so get it a fair bit, very painful. My doc gave me some pills to stop it coming back and they do help but sill get it every now and then... feet, knees and elbows :-( not good.

Men: How is it that you seem to get over women in a heartbeat? Seems that men can forget a woman instantly no matter who does the breaking up. I see this happen in my guy friends and ex's. Whats the secret guys? I want to be able to do this!
