I also believe Soulseek does, which isn't the greatest, since its mainly for sharing non mainstream music. But they have chat rooms for types of music, and many other features. I personally like it.

I too had this problem a few years ago, You need to call the sony playstation help line, They tell you all the steps you need I know you need to press select to erase the pass, then type in 0 in each digit.(Sorry I can't be more specific)
