I wouldn't get one done. Invariably I find that these things are not accurate. The point is to live in the present, in the only real life that we have - this one.

Can you prove to me something doesn't exist? You know; magic... fairies... dragons.... GOD???? Lets find out shall we give it your best shot!!!!
The apparant inability, through logic, to prove that something doesn't exist, is in fact false. It's based on a set of false assumptions and a fundamental misunderstanding of both the nature and use of logic. And no, dragons fairies and god don't exist, there is no need to prove that they don't exist.

When you meditate, what do you think about?
You don't think about anything when doing genuine meditation, nor do you visualize anything or imagine anything, unless of course you've been specifically instructed to do so by a teacher for a specific purpose as in for example Tantric practice. Far from it, much better picture quality and better sound. I don't even bother watching programming that's not in HD anymore unless it's something completely unmissable. Change the extension from vro to mpg. Then you should hear the sound. If not, then it's likely a codec issue and I'd advise only downloading the specific codec required, not a codec pack. Or, before you try downloading a codec, get something like AVS video convertor which will convert the file to a usable format for you.

Is happiness a choice anyone can make?
Not really, since it's not something that depends on conscious choice but in direct understanding of reality and living out of that experience of reality, which is not a matter of intellect alone and unfortunately most people do not learn how to do that.

That's called a sense of proportion. It's something adults have. Don't worry, if you go to school, get a decent education and become a mature adult, you will have a sense of proportion too.

Answer to:
Does Al Qaeda exist? BBC's documentary "The Power of Nightmares" makes the case that Al Qaeda was a bogeyman created by the CIA to further the causes of the neocons. OBL's group only decided to adopt that name later, when everyone became afraid of it.
There is significant truth to this. There is for example no single cohesive group that is Al Qaeda. Rather the name has been used by a variety of Muslim extremist groups in order to present a united front to the West when carrying out acts to further their agendas. In other words, at most it's a franchise more than anything else.

Obama want to do agreement with Taliban & Alqaeda.do u support him?
First of all it's the Taliban, not Al Qaeda. Secondly, realistically there is no other choice. The war in Afghanistan and Pakistan is unwinnable and the so called 'war on terror,' to anyone with any real understanding of terrorist groups or the situation in the Middle East in particular, has never been a viable solution.

If you have used both what one do you prefer, Microsoft Defender or AVG?
You're comparing apples and oranges here. Bear in mind that Defender is not an anti virus application nor is AVG (at least the free edition) an anti spyware package. I wouldn't recommend using AVG free edition without something like Spybot and Adaware for spyware and adware and I wouldn't advise using Window Defender at all.

If someone confided in you, saying that he/she was seriously thinking about becoming a rapist, how would you respond?
First of all, someone about to commit rape is unable to confide in another honestly in this way. The pathology of their mental illness simply doesn't allow anything like that degree of insight or openeness. Secondly, I'd take them to the local psychiatric hospital and have them admitted.

Whom do you think in general are more gullible, republicans or democrats?
Eight years of greed, ignorance, unecessary and illegal war, the wholesale rape and pillage of the US economy and infrastructure and the steadily declining standard of living, healthcare and educational standards in the country, already show the answer to that question.

Whom do you think. in general, are more intelligent - Republican or Democrats?
Democrats, since Republican pollicies arise largely out of ideas of econonomics and politics that have been discredited in the civilized world, at least since the 1980's, when these same ideas were tried and failed miserably - such as in the UK under Thatcher. The present Republican criticism of government spending for example and their laughable notions of trickle down wealth, especially...

Your friend could be mistaken. Check for keyloggers, which btw would be picked up by a combination of a decent anti virus program such as AVG or Avira and something like Spybot or Adaware. A lot of people think that their computers have been hacked when in fact nothing of the sort has happened.

According to Christianity, God created evil. The devil is doing what he's supposed to do. People who think otherwise are simply ignorant of what the Bible itself says:
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. (Isaiah 45:7, KJV)

This is not a site for people to learn a foreign language. There are sites specifically set up for that purpose, this isn't one of them. For another, I would think that most people here can distinguish between someone who's first language isn't English and make appropriate allowances. That doesn't however mean humouring the use of text speak or complete gibberish.

Yes. I don't see any reason to bringing a baby into the world with added challenges that are not it's fault and that it will have to suffer with for the rest of it's life. Especially not to conform to some opinion, belief or concept of the parent. Why do blacks commit 42% of rape and sexual-based crime when they are only 19% of the population?
The thing to bear in mind is that those statistics should be qualified. For example the evidence is that many rapes are just not reported or don't get as far as prosecution and so are not recorded as officially existing. So, more accurately your question would be, why are more blacks prosecuted and convicted of rape than whites. Accuracy here and an understanding of context totally changes...

Why is xp apparently so much better than vista?
As long as you have Vista SP1, it isn't. Memory management is inferior, multimedia is far less well handled, security is weaker and right down to the level of the core code model, Vista SP1 is superior in just about every regard.

It's a story copied from the Sumerian Epic of Gilgamesh, which of course is much older, dating from between 2150-2000 BCE and being one of the earliest known works of literary fiction. Large parts of early Jewish mythology was in fact borrowed from other cultures. The N.K Sandars translation of the Epic is worth reading if you're that interested.

No, this is absolutely nothing to do with anything that Bush did. Furthermore 9/11 happened after Bush and his cronies specifically ignored the intelligence and warnings they were given.

First off the ground of being as a sort of anthropomorthic principal and the Absolute have different meanings in different religious traditions, some of which have nothing to do with any idea of a supreme being. So, to answer your second question, no it does not mean that they believe in god and one does not have to be a theist of any sort to be spiritual.

Therapy can help you uncover habits and patterns that arise due to the perceived cause of some problems. Even knowing the ostensible cause by itself won't necessarily do away with all the habits that have come about because of that cause. There are however limits to what therapy can do. For that and perhaps for you, something deeper is required.

The need to know, at whatever cost, what is real and what is not. Then looking at how things are, here and now and continuing to look at how things are, moment to moment, and seeing how we resist the present. There's no point in making it bigger. Much bigger than that and it's actually painful for women to have sex with you. Apart from which there really is no way that works to increase the size of your penis. What you need to change is your self image.

Parents refuse to let their "normal" 15 year son attend a funeral service/viewing of family because he isn't ready to face the negatives of the world. What are your thoughts on this? Are they emotionally harming him by being overprotective?
Yes, they are. You might well find that in fact they have an emotionally incestuous relationship with the boy. A healthy family dynamic would mean that the son, in a situation such as this, would be asked if he wanted to go and his wishes would be respected. That he isn't means that his parents have an inherently unhealthy relationship with their son and this will undoubedtedly cause...

A child should be encouraged to eat what is on it's plate not just pick and choose only what it likes. However, forcing it to finish everything is counter productive and can cause problems both in the short term and later in life.

All pets talk and it is of course awesome. It's just most people don't hear them. And they understand perfectly well when spoken to politely. If I ask him to be a little more gentle with the kittens when playing, most of the time he'll tone things down a little, or at least just stand there with a...

This one. Add a monitor and Windows Vista and you've got a good pc for around $600. A laptop would have the advantage of being portable but would also be much more expensive to repair and upgrade and not as good overall as a desktop if it's going to be used mainly in the home.

I have an LG Flatron Wide monitor. It's supposed to do 1680 x 1050. But in my control panel, I can only choose up to 1280 x 1024. How do I get it to go to the correct resolution?
It's down to your graphics card and it's drivers, as well as your monitor what resolution your monitor will support. Check that you've downloaded the latest drivers for both your card and your monitor. If it still won't go higher at a decent resolution - 72Hz and above - then you will need to upgrade your graphics card.

The meaning of life has nothing to do with what faith one follows or if one has no belief in any deity, and it's the same for everyone - our humanity is held in common. And it's not an intellectual meaning. If it were, it would simply be a description of something, not the thing itself.

You don't choose that, you come to the place where you have no other option and nothing left to lose. And you don't 'get' anything out of it. You lose everything and...

How can you tell if someone is truly enlightened or just deluded?
In reality, there is ultimately no distinction of enlightened and unenlightened. That distinction is at best a convention to point out that some people have a massive structure of false beliefs - god, the soul, all of that nonsense and some don't (albeit a considerably fewer number than do). The Enlightened don't have any of that. They have less, not more. Enlightenment isn't...

There's thinking and then there's knowing, those that know, as opposed to believing or thinking, wouldn't really use the term 'after' death as it doesn't make sense in this context except of course to those who don't know. The real point though is that most people aren't really living before death and that is what is most important.

It's worth investing in a lense that will give you the extra range that the 18 - 200 would. Though you'd be better off getting a lense that goes from around 55 to either 200 or 300, rather than covering what you already have in your range.

It's because proper English actually came from England. The English nation, including it's colonies, invented the words if you like. A good example is the use of 'Z' instead of 'S' in many words - such as organise, harmonise and so on.

It sounds like the wrong protocols are set up, or that the basic settings are wrong. In particular, try disabling Internet Protocol Version 6 and QoS Packet Scheduler. Also check that it has the right key, if the connection requires one and is on the same channel as the router. At the router end, it's worth making sure that DHCP and the other basic connection settings are set up properly....

Suppose you raised a pet as your kid. Later a family member(read a new born baby) develops an allergy or infection because of it. Would you abandon the dear pet?
No, especially since most such so called allergies can be effectively treated psychologically in older children and adults. New born babies very rarely develop such things and trying to get rid of all possible irritants and sources of germs and so on, in the long term actually weakens children's immune systems and isn't a practice that should be encouraged. Not every religion teaches this, for example the Jains, Buddhism and Zoroastrainism do not teach this mentality. As for the 'right way', that's only found through letting go of belief and knowing directly, something that the vast majority of religions have forgotten.

No it does not. It's useful to bear in mind though that in reality Hinduism is itself more a family of religions than one distinct religion, and is much younger than most people realize. Certainly it doesn't view all religions as equal. Partly this is due to the caste system, an innate part of Hinduism, and one cannot be a member of a caste and therefore a Hindu unless one is born...

Except that you're not 'just curious', or you would not have made this a public post with the phrase, "so that she can get points too". A more pertinent question might be, why do you wish to do what you're doing, effectively gossiping about someone else? And why do so in public instead of speaking to someone in private if something concerns you this much?

Is it inappropriate for a woman to be comfortable enough with men to have friendships with a lot of them but no sexual relationship. What do you think of women like that, would you date her?
No. It's much more appropriate for women to have no male friends and be indiscriminately sexual. How on earth could I date someone who actually thinks it's ok to be friends with members of the opposite sex? How shameful. Whatever happened to good old fashioned Republican values like bigotry, ignorance and sexual hypocrisy?
