If meditation were a drug, that did all of the things that it's been proven to, it would be hailed as a wonder medicine and the inventor would get a Nobel Prize. Unfortunately a lot of people are still ignorant of the huge list of benefits that stem from a regular meditation practice.

I have video on DVD, file format: vro. The Windows Media Player works, but without sound. Does someone know a media player which works with format on my PC, and where to get it? Change the extension from vro to mpg. Then you should hear the sound. If not, then it's likely a codec issue and I'd advise only downloading the specific codec required, not a codec pack. Or, before you try downloading a codec, get something like AVS video convertor which will convert the file to a usable format for you.

I have a canon 1000D as I heard it was the best for beginners. I got the EFS 18-55 lense with it. I heard that the EFS 18-200 is very good, butr it's a bit pricey. Do you think it's worth the investement, or should I just stick witht the 18-55? It's worth investing in a lense that will give you the extra range that the 18 - 200 would. Though you'd be better off getting a lense that goes from around 55 to either 200 or 300, rather than covering what you already have in your range.

If I don't have the original installation disk for an old LG U8138 phone, will I be able to get it to sync with my laptop by downloading the appropriate driver? All I want to do is retrieve images from the phone. If you have the right cable to connect it to your laptop, you won't even need the software. You can just drag and drop the pictures. But it's still worth a try downloading the driver too.
