I put my roast in a crock pot I put 1 can of beef broth 1 onion and 1 packet of beef gravy cover with water and wait 6 hrs put on high 1 hr before done add potatoes and carrots very tender and delicious. you might need to add more water when adding potatoes and carrots

In 2006 I needed to make the decision to take my mom off of life support. I knew I had to do this but, after when she passed away I had an unbelievable guilt. I'm now just starting to be ok with this decision, it takes time. If it is to overwhelming you might want to talk to someone a priest...
