Whats your favorite type a paintball gun? (ex. brand, company name, etc.)
Anytime I play, I play outdoors in the bush, my preference is Tippmann since they are more suited for outdoor play compared to speedball (aka a waste of paintballs) My personal paintball gun is the Tippmann Custom 98.

When was the last time you wore a skirt?(including mini skirt)
In Grade 6 I was in an airband competition, and in a way to sway some votes our way, the whole group of guys dressed as women, and I wore a skirt. In Grade 11 Chemistry, my teacher has an incentive he always did during final exams. If you wore a yellow dress to/during the exam, you would get a 5% point increase to your exam score. But it wasn't 5% overall (as in a 80% goes to a 85%)...

Why does "Answerbag" open new windows? This system is very confusing.
This is easily solved if you have Firefox and check off the option to open any new window into a new tab. That way you still keep the questions page open, can browse specific questions, and still only have one internet browser open on your computer.

Ya, a little bit. I just try not to pay much attention to it. I like our (Canada's) system much better. PM calls for an election (or forced to, which ever happens) and then a few months later its voting day. How long has this current US election process taken. By "taken" I mean how long has it been covered by the news?

Do you want the specific remote that would have come with the TV? Or do you just want a remote that will control the TV? You could maybe contact Mitsubishi and see if you can purchase the remote from them, which will likely be pricey, or you could just buy a universal remote for a lot less.

I like my birthday. Its fun having it on the rarest calendar day. Since it takes 4 years for my birthday to repeat, its more "special" when it comes around. And fortunately/unfortunately (depending on your outlook) most of my friends have a pretty easy time remembering when my birthday is.

For a drivers license, in Ontario you can't get your drivers license until your 16th birthday. Since the 16th birthday falls on a leap year, its just the same as everyone else. Shouldn't leap years technically push the anniversary of your birth every time it comes around? After 60 years, you could technically be celebrating your 60 years of being alive 15 days late... right?
That's why I celebrate my birthday on the 60th day of the year, no matter if it's a leap year or not. By doing the math, that makes my birthday on February 29th (as it says on my birth certificate) or March 1st in a non-leap year.

It's actually much simpler than you think. All you need is a video cable that is used for video cameras output to a tv. One end is a regualar headphone style sized plug. On the other end is 3 male phono plugs, or, the standard yellow, red, white composite plugs. But as a clever move on Apples part, they switch it around so that if you hook up the cable to your tv and its colour coded,...

Why is easter in march this year yet april last year?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Easter falls on the days after Passover (you know, the last Supper with Jesus, who was then crucified soon after). And Passover was always observed a certain time after Lent, which is based on the old, Lunar (moon) calendar. I used to have a 10 step mathematical equation that all you need to do was input the year and you could find out when Easter was.

A Jim Carrey movie a few years ago was about an individual whose entire life was a scripted television show. Within the fantasy construct, would you have written a different ending?
I don't think I would change the ending. If he turned around, he would have failed his only real attempt at anything in life, and would always regret not finishing. And he probably wouldn't be able to finish after that, since his "television producers" would find ways to make it even harder to escape.

When you make a list, are you more likely to put a period or parenthesis after each number?
Wow. I never really thought about it. I do both, I think. It's not really a conscious thought of choosing which one, I just do one or the other. If I think hard I think that I use a parenthesis more than a period. If I'm doing a list on the computer it would more likely be a period, as I would normally just click on the numbered list button in a word processing program.

I'm not so much worried about spelling and grammar of others. It's when its way too hard to read it because the grammar and spelling is so bad that you can't even figure out what is trying to be said. And the whole "text speak" just compounds the problem. If you were to die in a crash, would you prefer to die in a car or on a motorcycle?
You'd definitely not make a very good looking corpse if you died on a motorcycle. Crushed rib cage, missing limps, or could be completely unidentifiable as a human body in the right circumstances. I think I'd take the car crash death.

I only just found out that the Phelps family protested at the funerals of Coretta Scott King and Mr. Rogers. MISTER-FREAKING-ROGERS! I can't believe this crap. What is wrong with people? Or do they even COUNT as people?
Why would someone protest someone's funeral?? The only logical reason for protesting a funeral would be because you don't think the person should have died and that they should be brought back from the dead. But from the quick info I've read about the Phelps is that isn't their reasoning. Fred Phelps reasoning is, well, retarded. He says the Jews are a terrible people,...

I have the motorola v360 850/1800/1900 and the country im visiting only uses 900mhz is there anyway i can enable 900mhz on my phone without seem edit because that was complicated?
You can't enable a frequency band in a phone that doesn't have it. It's not there to turn on. The only possible way would be to completely take the phone apart, and mess around with the parts that deal with picking up the various frequencies. If you even tried that without expert knowledge of how it works, your phone won't work at home either once you put it back together.

The thing is about the whole "emo" thing, its not even emo music that is played anymore. Well, you said you are dating, thats serious enough I'd say that the guy shouldn't be sleeping with other girls. Looks like he doesn't have much respect for women if thats his game.

Were the orange, lemon and lime, long ago, essentially the same fruit, but at different stages of ripening?
Perhaps they were all siblings. Then one day, orange, the older sibling, hit puberty and began to change. All of a sudden he was a different colour, and he could make a wonderful juice. Lemon and Lime tried to make juice to, but not many people liked it. They ran away to find someone to appreciate them. They went to Vegas and in a bar met someone named Carbonator. These three got together...

What is the best ipod nano you can get, the one with the most space to hold the most songs? I currently have a shuffle and it got full up so quickly so I need to upgrade, but I need one that won't get full quickly
If you need a higher storage capacity, getting the larger iPod nano's will be the best choice. For me, a nano wouldn't even suffice. On my 30 gb iPod, I have only 2.8 gb left (3391 songs and 252 videos-including about 7 full length movies) But then again, theres also some people who may have the 160 gb iPod and have already run out of room on it.

For my pants, I take whatever is on the top of the pile. My shirts are on hangers, so for them I match them with the pants. Whats the point of asking a reasonable question here, against christianity, if people can't answer it maturely and modern "would-be Crusaders" report your post as offensive because they cant handle criticizm of their faith?
The exact same comment can be made for any religion/lack of religion on here. Most time the questions aren't really questions. Even here, first you say its a reasonable question, but then later you says its a criticism of their faith. So that to me sounds like its already a one sided question.

Is it legal to surround your property with a 10 foot high barrier wall and a moat inside with a draw bridge and a portcullis leading to your property in any city in the USA? Could I infest the waters with crocodiles too?
I really don't see why (most of) it would be a problem, houses already have walls surrounding their properties. Why would it be a problem if you have a moat on the inside. If the gate is locked etc, the dangers of the moat will not affect any neighbours. It's like having a pool, it needs to be inside a locked gate, and the moat is. As for the crocodiles, that may be taking it too...

What's a game (PS2) similar to DDR but you can enter your own music into?
I don't think there is one. That would require the program to analyse the music and then create dance beats for it. Not completely impossible, but for it to run really well would be hard. The closest I can think of (although not a dance game) is Vib Ribbon for the original Playstation. However, that was also a Japan and Europe only release.

I think Mac's are still vulnerable, just compared to PC's, its harder to get the virus' to work, and the amount of those affected is relatively small, since PC's have a huge majority of the market. I mean, the whole point virus coders make virus' is to see how many people they can screw over. So the obvious market is the PC market.

The best option would be to return it to the store with your receipt and get them to do it. How did you get out of the store with the security tag still attached?

Why the hell would I wear skinny jeans if I ain't skinny?!!!:P -- And why DR me if this is in the jokes section?!!!
I don't know why this would be downrated. To wear skinny jeans when not skinny, you could take 2 (or 3 or 4) pairs of jeans, and create a larger pair of jeans out of those. You are still wearing skinny jeans, just more than one pair now.
PS. I helped out as best I could.

Does it annoy you when people from other countries than your own have so much to say about your country and it's politics? What is their vested interest in the matter? Why are non-Americans always pushing a liberal agenda?
Likely because a lot of what the US does affects other countries. So things like war, or its economy, or who the US trades with, affects a bunch of other people. But when someone is completely involved with the actions of the US and they aren't from the country, it seems like bashing. I'm not even from the US, so for me most opinions I have about the US politics I keep to myself.

None that I know of so far. That's not to say that there isn't any others. That doesn't disprove global warming at all. And as a complete polar opposite to that, today where I was the temperature was higher than normal, high enough to set a record for this date. So does that prove Global Warming?? No, it doesn't prove anything other than it was warmer here than it normally is this time of year. Just like how your example doesn't disprove anything.

Once in a while. If I want to add my two cents to it, or if I need to further explain the question, I will.
I once did it after a few hours of no answers so that it would appear again in the main page list, making it visible without searching, but that didn't help. I then assumed that no one wanted to answer that question so I continued on elsewhere.

Count me in. The ones that really bother me are the ones that are blatantly obvious that they are homework questions. Such as numbering their questions. At least make an effort to disguise your homework questions in an attempt to not make an effort into doing your homework.

Holy crap. Thats a lot of infection all at once. That sucks. Go with some rest. Tylenol, or Tylenol Cold and Sinus can be helpful, especially if you get the drowsy stuff, it will help you get sleep.

$17.50 an hour (Cdn), payed every thursday. That was a great job to have during the summer to pay for college. It was in a factory and wasn't much fun, and I used that as motivation to do well in school so I wouldn't have to work in a place like that.

I use DVD Shrink to rip the files to my hard drive, using the Re-Author function so I can remove the credits etc if I want to save space. Then after I do that 24 times, or however many episodes there are, I use Videora iPod Video Converter to convert the files into iPod format. Well, technically, Vikings were pirates ,"enabled them to mount piratical raids on the coastal monasteries and settlements of the British Isles, western Europe and beyond." http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/ancient/vikings/weapons_01.shtml
As for a battle between Vikings and Pirates, I'm going to go with Vikings. Their weapons look much stronger and larger than the swords...

Who or what was the last picture that you took of?
The last set of pictures I took was over 250 stills in an attempt to make a short stop motion animation using humans as the characters (as opposed to clay etc). We were a little ambitious with our plan. It involved compositing some parts of the animation into other scenes of the animation. We also didn't take nearly enough photos. The last half of it sort of worked.

What kind of photographer are you?
Technical, keeping in mind the rules of photography when I can. And I don't like posed photographs where everyone is looking at the camera, smiling, they don't look real. Who does that in real life when no cameras are around. Unfortunately my avatar doesn't follow this, but I don't have many pictures of myself to choose from.

If they work for the pharmacy then the should sell whatever is in the store, as that is required by their job. That's their choice to stay or go because of the conflict with their beliefs. However, if they own the store, I can't see how not stocking any product because of how you feel about it is also your choice. It's your store, you can sell (or not sell) whatever you want.

True, cars today are more safer if you get in a car accident. On the flip side of that, newer cars have crumple zones to lessen the impact of a collision, which means that there is much more damage to your car. Now you have to fix that.

Maybe it's so everyone else knows its just a yawn. Instead of like how animals will open their mouth wide to show power, dominance etc, we make the sound so people don't get scared off. Social experiment. When you yawn next time, do it without making a sound. If someone looks in your direction, give them the evil eye and bare some teeth.

I love to sing, Which one should I take lessons for, The guitar? or the piano?...
*The following information is from friends opinions, not my own*
The guitar is easier to learn. If you learn piano, you'll lay the ground for all other instruments, and will also make learning guitar very easy. Then you'll know two instruments.

Hi,I want to sell my Ps2:I just need you to make an estimate comes with PS2 Console 2 Controllers 5 games Color Silver bought October 2006 How much could this all cost?Give me a price.
The price will be dependent on the games, you best bet it to go to some local game stores that buy used game systems and games. Try and go to the less franchise-y stores (EB, Gamespot etc) as they'll give you a better price. Depending on where you live you may or may not have that option.

The influenza pandemic of 1918-1919 killed more people than WWI at somewhere between 20 and 40 million people. It has been cited as the most devastating epidemic in recorded world history. Why has this been largely ignored?
People aren't interested in mass deaths unless if it was caused by another human being, or horrific accident. The only time the epidemic/pandemic diseases are not ignored is when its more recent. SARS for example, but when was the last time anyone referred to that.

My kitten always gets his claws stuck in the carpet and has a hard time retracting them. Today he got his arm twisted around, and really hurt himself. I trim them regularly...Is there anything else I can do to stop this from happening?
Is it a deep/thick carpet? If so maybe keep him out of that area. But he should learn. Sort of the cruel route to go, but if you already trim the claws theres not much more you can do other than that.

How would you feel if your freind had already told you not to worry (no money), about buying them a birthday gift, so u buy them a card and a drink at the pub,and they then accuse u of being selfish for not giving a gift?does this make u or them selfish?
I would say it's them that is selfish. If they want a birthday gift they can't expect to get one if they tell you not to get them a gift. I mean sometime people still get them a gift even though they are asked not too, but that's the buyers decision to go against what they were asked.

All you need is at least one or two people that know what they are doing, and they can instruct the rest of the people what to do.

I was thinking about asking a question about this. Looks like you beat me to it. I was wondering if they sold bread without the end pieces. I normally use them for toast instead of wasting them.

Do you like the rain? why not?
I like it. Yesterday is was raining lightly, on and off on my drive from work. I stopped in at the grocery store first. When I was leaving the store it was a complete downpour. Everyone who had already purchased their groceries was waiting for it to die down. I walked out and went to my car. Didn't run or jog. Just normal walking speed. It was quite nice.

How far back in your life time can you rember something, that you will never forget?
One memory is sitting in the basement of our previous house (moved out of in 1987) when I was 3, playing with some toys with my older brother and my dad was in the shower. But I can't really verify that, that's the only memory I have of that house. The only thing I know for sure what that house had was what's on the outside because of pictures and driving by it once in a while.

No guns = no gun deaths. How hard is that to understand?
If someone really wants to kill someone else, they can use other methods. Baseball bat, machete, bow and arrow, bomb, their fists, rope, poison, hit with a car.
Even if guns are outlawed, that doesn't mean they won't be used or manufactured. Armies will always have guns, they aren't going to just come to an agreement and say they won't use guns anymore. And if theres...

As a visitor. My sister one day at home just fainted and collapsed to the floor. For some unknown reason she had a very low white blood cell count which at that point just caused her to pass out. I don't agree with abortion, but how can doctors prove that the fetus feels any pain, or doesn't feel pain. Did they ask it? Do they run pain tests while its in the womb? Torturing the fetus seems more cruel than killing it. Anyways, as I leave to go to bed, I'm going to shoot randomly at moving cars, because I cannot see the humans inside.

My imagination is a sneaky fellow. It lurks in the shadows when no ones around, talks to strangers when surrounded by friends, and has this weird habit of disassembling any speakers it ever sees. My hair is also very thin. Some would even say its between 17 to 181 µm. (0.017 mm to 0.181 mm)
I'm not aware of any hair products that increase the thickness of hair.

My twelve year old mutt has been diagnosed with heart disease. The vet has suggested that she see a cardiologist. She is already on heart meds which have relieved her coughing. Is it necessary for her to see a cardiologist?
Not to sound harsh, but that sort of seems excessive. A 12 year old dog is in it's last stages of life. I know the dog will be like family after having it for that long, but it could just be on its way down that path. But that decision is really up to you.

As a kid, did you ever lay in the grass, look at the clouds, and see what shapes they formed? I think of the Peanuts cartoon, where Charlie Brown was seeing a ducky, a lamb, etc. and Linus saw all kinds of deep meaningful things. . .What did you see?
All the time. I can't remember any specific shapes or images, but I've seen numerous things. Even if no one else could even see what I was talking about.

Do you believe that 1 in 5 U.S. citizens cannot locate the U.S. on a world map or do you think the survey is BS?
I'm sure they could make the survey read that way. Perhaps they found people that couldn't speak English and asked them to point to the US on the map. When the person looked at them blankly because they didn't understand, they marked it as "cannot locate the US" Same goes if they asked senile old people, children, or people with no fingers.

Have you ever been able to successfully "talk your way out of" being sexually assaulted? If so, please share.
I was told about a woman that was on a subway train alone. Two men got cornered her on the train, and she didn't know what to do, but for some reason she just started barking like a dog. Really loud. The two guys were thrown off by this and left. Guess they didn't want to assault a woman they thought to be crazy.

Nope, can't say that I have. I'd try it though. The thing is, I'm no where near anyplace that would have surfable waves. I haven't even been to a salt-water beach before. I've been to a lot of fresh water beaches, but they don't get near good enough waves.

What uniform turns you on?
A restaurant chain recently opened in a nearby town called Moxies. The "uniforms" on the waitresses are extremely nice. Think of it as a high class Hooters. Beautiful waitresses with black shirts and black skirts or pants. The restaurant in general is really nice, with good food. And you people won't give you any problems compared to if you went to Hooters.

Do you think there are very many large animals left alive on Earth which are not yet discovered or thought to be extinct? If so, what might they be, mammals, birds, fish or reptilian?
As what others have already said, if we are going to discover any large animals, the best (and possibly only) bet is it will be in the ocean. It's takes up the largest area of the Earth, and instead of being on a relatively 2D plane like on land, the ocean is 3-Dimensional. Some of the species live near the top, some in the middle, some at the bottom. And at the bottom of the deepest...

How much personal information do you reveal about yourself on the internet? (Answerbag, Facebook, Myspace, or other websites)
Depends on how "public" such a site would be. Its actually kind of scary if you think about it.

Well, for one, Blink-182 disbanded back in February 2005, so this isn't really new information. Angels and Airwaves seems like its pretty much a solo project for Tom, so the only reason he'd change the band is if he's taking it in a complete direction and didn't want to confuse fans/consumers. When I bought a paintball field package it came with a device that you use to measure the speed of the paintballs as they exit the gun. It's essentially two photogates and after the ball passes through both it gives you a speed rating. However I'm not sure if this is accurate enough for the speed of a bullet out of a gun.

Why does it seem like all the bad stuff in life happens at once?
Sometimes a coincidence, sometimes not. I've found that things seem worse when your in a bad (negative) mood, one because you don't see any positives in a situation, and then because of that, more things seem bad, and more things go wrong because your not paying attention to what you should.
But other times, like I said, is just pure bad luck.

If what I've heard about the show is right, that could be one of many songs. Like the O.C., Smallville, and other shows, songs get played on television shows either when they are popular, or being played on the show is kind of like a kick start to expose a lot of people to the song all at once. If it mixes well with the subject matter on the show, people will likely have a better chance...

On the alternative, you could call him. Perhaps he's like me and hates using the phone for conversations. If it's that big of a deal anyways, talk to him about it. But asking him to call you to me seems sort of controlling.

Are there any trolls on this site?
Once and a while we'll get a troll. They seem to come in waves. As for stalkers I don't think I've heard of any. I'm not going to say never because I honestly don't know.
Welcome to AB though, its great fun.

I doubt it. I find its just more of a way to find questions and answers of specific people more easily. But I sure hope it doesn't turn into a site like that.

Since sorcery also means drugs in the Bible, does that mean it is sinful or wrong to use medicine or is it just talking about drug abuse? Do the Scriptures teach it to be wrong to be a pharmacist or take medicine? Why or why not do you think so?
I wouldn't think the Bible is against using medications. It's probably looked upon the same way as alcohol. Don't abuse it. Jesus drank wine, and theres nothing wrong with consumption. It's getting drunk and losing control of your actions thats bad.

Myself. Then I could easily give myself back massages when no one else is around or willing. I'd have to keep it in a safe place, just in case someone found it.

Is there any sound or phrase that you say that makes no sense but it expresses your feelings at that moment? Did you make it up or hear it from someone?
My "word" is 'brrrrrrrrrrrg' (pronounced berg, extending the word as long as needed) It's kind of like a suppressed equivalent of 'damn' Say your opening the cupboard for some sugar, and realize you are out, you say 'brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg'

I was about to, but I don't feel like registering. I know I'm somehow related to a previous Prime Minister of England. That's what I've been told at least.

I'll read through them to make sure my point hasn't already been posted. If it has but I have something to add, I'll still answer. But I'll usually only read the first page.

After you get in bed and close your eyes, how many minutes does it usually take to get to sleep (your best estimate)?
I'm lucky. It's less than a half hour, because I set the sleep timer on my iPod to 30 minutes and I rarely ever hear the music stop.
Answer to:
What should I wear to my college interview?
I'd say go casual yet still dressy. Avoid t-shirts with logo's. A nice polo tee or a semi-dress shirt fits. It also depends on what type of college it is, and what you think they may suspect.
And now that I've finished writing an answer I see you also asked this a while ago. Oh well.

My boyfriend got mad at me because I hugged my dad when he got me an ipod today for my birthday...my boyfriend said he doesn't want me hugging other guys...what can I do to make him happy?
What the heck? Is your boyfriend scared that you'll leave him and run away with your dad? I can see him not wanting you hugging other guys, as in guys that are friends. But if you hug your dad for no reason other than that he is your dad, your boyfriend shouldn't even have a problem with it. In fact, he should be happy that you have a good enough relationship with your father that...

So during class, I felt a cough coming on, so I put my hands up to my mouth, coughed three times. On the third cough I also vomited. Since I was covering my mouth, the force behind the vomit forced it sideways from my hands and onto the desks of the students beside me. It was...

Teenagers in some Missouri malls are banned from shopping from 4-9 pm Friday & Saturday nights, is this fair or is this country becoming a police state similar to the movie Bladerunner? they can shop with adult supervision but not alone. Thoughts?
Seems a little harsh. The stupid thing about it is, teens have the most disposable income out of any age group. So banning teens from coming into the mall is cutting off part of their income. Sure, they can still come with their parents or on a school night, but how many of them would want to do that? Friday and Saturday I would think is the prime time for hanging out in the mall, wasting...
Answer to:
What do you think of teens(ages of 10-18) smoking weed? Or what do you think teens(10-18) parents letting them smoke?
You have a pretty large age group there. Ten is too young to start into pot. If parents are letting their kids smoke dope at age 10, they could be flushing their kids future down the toilet. I'm mostly saying this because if you mix drugs/alcohol with a 10 year old, the kid has a high chance of falling behind in school because they aren't responsible enough to handle those...

Do you use an alarm clock to wake up
My internal alarm clock is pretty good. Usually I'm almost up before the alarm. But its still a half awake state. I actually run two alarms. One is hooked up to my iPod, and it goes off playing music. Using this I'll be out of the half awake state after about a song (depending on the day). About 5 minutes, a regular buzzer alarm will go off on a different alarm, because some...

I was on a plane once and the woman seated next to me was so large, I was squashed against the wall. When I got up, I had marks on my arms and sides. I was miserable for 2 hours. What do you think would be a good resolution to this problem?
Make the woman pay for half you ticket, or however much of your seat she was taking up. You paid for a seat, not a seat and the love handles of some woman.

Given that 99% of serial killers are average, middle class men, why is the fear of black crime so prevelant?
Well, instead of saying black crime, I'm going to specify it as gang crime, since thats what its referring to. It just happens that most people involved in gang crime happen to be black. Anyways, why more fear of gang crime? Because more crime is committed by gang members than serial killers. Theres more gang members out on the streets than serial killers. Higher ratio, higher risk.
