Well, the 1987 drive is an IBM 3380J drive, and those things are HEAVY! (I know because I used to work with them.) I'd guess around 80-90 pounds. My guess for the SD card is about half an ounce. That means about 2560-2880 cards to equal the weight of the old drive, so about 2.5-3...

I'd pick Star Trek, mostly for the medical/health benefits. Those people seem to have a cure for everything! Except maybe baldness...
