Is venting good for your health ? How and where do you vent? Yes, it is very helpful. The best way to vent is to put on your walking shoes and "walk it off" as they say. One great thing about walking it off is that you can rant and rail all you want, including saying all the things that you have pent up inside you without hurting anyone. Once you get it all out, you can take a nice hot shower, and maybe even cry if that is your thing.

He tells me that human food is OK; should I listen to him? Human food does not contain the proper balance of nutrients for cats, but the cat will survive on it. How do you keep a tired toddler up? When he sleeps, you sleep. I babysit my grandson on weekends, and whenever he goes to sleep, I make it a point to stop whatever I'm doing and take a nap myself. That way, when he stays up until 3 am, so do I. Another trick I have learned is to go in his room at night, close the door, and I take a nap on his bed while he plays.

AB is very addictive, AB is slightly addictive, AB isn't addictive at all? Apparently some people can just come in and leave again, but I'm not one of them. I don't agree with the use of the word addictive, because this is a different kind of compulsion, and it does eventually wear off.
