We stocked our 5.5 acre pond last summer. We used a biologist that the state provided for free. He came out once a month and did various tests on the water, algae, etc. He also bought, brought and released different species of fish at specific times. We now have a great pond with ample fish...

Actually, a snipe does exist. There is just no reason to hunt it. The snipe looks like a killdee or sandpiper.

The stream itself would not yield any ducks, but any backed-up water may have some resident wood ducks or merganzers, even mallards depeonding on what area you are in. Look for areas that are dammed up by beavers. Even a small water hole can produce a morning of fun for 1 or 2 hunters.

Most states have "lemon law". My state allows for 6 months before the "implied warranty of merchantability" runs out. To be able to take the car back, it must have failed in a way that materially alters the subject matter for which you bargained.
