My playstation wont read the disc. I was playing surfs up I put down the controller and went to answer the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes I came back and the screen was blank. The disc is turning but not reading can someone help me please Sometimes if you don't click the disc in all the way, it will mess up later after spinning a couple hundred times. Try to make sure you push the disk on the spindle all the way before you close the drawer/top.

When the button is pushed there is no noise in the drive, but the tv screen shows "opening" or "closing". It will not load a game. There are no error msgs. You have the red ring of death my friend. At my high school, our science teacher will sometimes bring up his views on how abortion is wrong in the middle of a lesson. It rarely has to do with what we are supposed to be learning. Is this legal, since it IS a Christian school? I don't think it's right if it makes you uncomfortable. If he's not pointing out something about the lesson you're currently talking about, it isn't NECESSARY to talk about abortion. Bring it up to him first and see if he will stop, if not, talk to administration.

What are some exercises that I can do in the pool to tone my thighs, butt, & abs? Just swimming laps works so many muscles...it's amazing. I'm sure if you swim a lot and get your heart rate up for 30 minutes or more, the fat will melt off and you'll start to tone. I was mad toned when I was swimming everyday!

SavingGrace has been debating christian topics and I debated juliemac and radiofan (among others) on the topic of loud car audio systems. My sons ps2 has malfunctioned it goes through the loading cycle and then freezes up before it is done, I believe it is the slim version, any clues? usually when this happens to me, I use a can of air to spray the lens (which you can see if you lift the disc co ver) It could also be the disc itself. Also try better ventilation, sometimes the slims heat up in an enclosed space or on carpet - they don't have as big of a cooling fan as the original version.

Your digestive system starts working earlier and burns calories. It "wakes you up" in the process. Caffine in coffee provides a temporary burst of energy, but runs out after you stop drinking it. The apple is probably the better choice. Or both.

I'll end up looking like a weather balloon. It's just the action you take over to replace the smoking. The lack of nicotine doesn't make you want to eat, it's just your body needing to have a physical action to replace the act of smoking. When I quit, it was gum...I always had gum. My dentist finally told me it wasn't good for me - cavities. Just find something more productive to do when you crave a cig or a snack.

Twice I've gotten to the same place in Need for Speed Carbon and after I saved the game when I tried to open my career it says "Load failed, Corrupt Data". This has happen to two separate memory cards. What could be wrong? I've answered another question like this recently. I'm not sure what exactly happened to corrupt your data but try this: Insert your memory card on a DIFFERENT console such as a friend's. Try to load it there, then bring it back to your console and load it again. This has worked for me on numerous occasions.

Halo was originaly made for ps2. is there any way I can buy it? Halo was designed for the PC. Bungie was a PC software company and had previous success with their game "Marathon" series. Xbox was able to handle the game they developed so they made it available. No PS2 involvement.

My PS2 worked fine until yesterday. It wont play games. It acts like there is nothing in there. There is no "Reading disk" message or anything. It acts like there is no game in there. I can do everything else fine. I just cant use any disks in it..? I've had this problem before...it could be a number of things. The first thing I always try is using a can of air - aim it directly at the lens and spray for 30 seconds. If this doesn't help, I'm not sure what the problem is.

I sang at the emerald ball in albuquerque, and people were estatic! They asked me to go professional, and to record a cd. Where can i go in Abq to record a cd for cheap or free? Another New Mexican! Albuquerque has a lot of recording studios, but from what I've heard, not many are high quality. There are a few in Las Cruces and I've never heard anything bad about them. You should check them out if you're close.

My friends give me shit about it sometimes... when we're drinking, I can't compete for too long in drinking games because I just can't put anymore pressure in my stomach. I absolutely cannot burp no matter how hard I try or how much I drink. I've never been able to...maybe when I was a baby, but I have no memory of ever burping.

A bond is a certificate that a company issues to get money now, but they pay it back with interest. It's like a loan from a bunch of people. Companies may also issue bonds to other companies.
