remarkably i have not heard this warning ..but yes, i do use non-stick pans and bakeware. because its easier to clean rather than uncoated cookware. i will go on using teflon coating pans..but if push comes to shove, i will switch to regular pans and use a lot of non stick spray

its so-so..on one hand, the apt where i live in is close by the beach..and walking distance to the shopping center..on the other hand..the noisy tenants upstairs with their two psycho kids..and downstairs with young people listening to rap music and smoking turkish cigs..all in all..its ok

yes, i drink about 6 -8oz bottles of water daily...during the summer, that increases to about 8 bottles..note this, i dont rely on tap..too much sediments and chlorine. iam always hydrated

yes..i slipped on a kumquat and fractured my left ankle bone...part of it protruded through the skin! was in a cast for 2 months...followed by 2 more months of rehablitation..since then, ive given up eating kumquats
