Answering this from an American point of view.
Unless you are Native American everyone living in America was at one point in their family line an immigrant. We are supposed to be a country where you go to find freedom and opportunity. What takes more faith? The world was formed over billions and billions of years, or God created it?
Why do those have to be two seperate things... THE WORLD FORMED OVER BILLIONS OF BILLIONS OF YEARS to create us, a human race that has the ability to believe or argue the belief in a God. Someone that could create things as large as the stars and the moons and the planets and as small as the little atoms that everything is made up of. How could all of that happen and there be no higher power?

I don't know but I REALLY want to answer that question...

I think Adam will win. I hope Kris and Danny will be in the top three with him.

Answer to:
Adam Lambert...bottom two. To me, it just doesn't mix. What do you think?
OK every single contestant on that show was UTTERLY shocked. You could tell Allison could NOT believe she was not in the bottom three. I don't think I've seen so much shock and whispering... even before the whole Adam thing happened... both of the two groups had no idea which one was actually the "bottom" group...
Also that was kinda really evil of Ryan.

Answer to:
What do you think about the following suggestion for a "Green Living" category?
I agree that is an excellent idea for a category.
| 1 person likes this
Answer to:
There should be a general category for "Relationships", then Relationship Advice and it's subcategories should go under it. Many times I've wanted to move something to simply "Relationships", and have to choose only one that's CLOSE. What do you think?
I definately agree that the Relationships Advice category is one that needs a major facelift and I think that that is one way that would benefit it... as long as when you do that you weed out the categories within Relationship Advice that should belong under the general relationship title.

Does a persons religious beliefs matter to you when considering dating, friendship or any other partnership?
For friendship and dating no not really... could I ever be seriously romantically involved with someone of a different faith. I don't know I've never had to really consider that. I know I could never really be involved with someone who was not on fire for God and honestly it would be so much easier if they were the same faith as me. Which side of the driveway is the correct one to put your garbage cans on for garbage day?
idk... but we put our trash cans on the left side facing the road. Our mailbox is on the other side so there is really no room for them. The neighbor in the house across the street puts in on the opposite side because he has a stone wall on his left side so there is no room on that side.

Would you rather drive a large safe auto and pay a little more in gas or drive a small auto and be mangled in a serious crash?
I've driven both. The first car I ever drove was a Suburban. You own the road and anyone who doesn't think so is an idiot. I've also driven a Ford Taurus and a VW Passat. Not the smallest cars but in comparison you don't feel as safe. Right now I drive a Toyota RAV4. Its not huge, gets decent gas mileage and I feel fairly safe in it.

I have Catholic friends who are loathe to refer to themselves as Christian. They are adament that they are Catholic, and not Christian. Why? Catholicism is a Christian sect/deneomination, right?
I am a Roman Catholic and I do not believe this at all. I am foremost a Christian. Christ is the center of my faith. I associate with the Roman Catholic religion because I feel that the teachings of the Roman Catholic church help me the most in my relationship with Jesus Christ AND YES the Roman Catholic Church is a Christian denomination. Your friends seriously have their priorities confused.

Want to get back into catholic religion, how do i do that ? it has been 40 years
First, start going to Mass. Make a meeting to talk to the Pastor at your local church. Find a way to get involved in the church and meet people of the community. I was watching Amer Idol and they gave the boot to that guy Jamar ( he's the guy who's friends with the white guy who's wife died). It seemed suspicious to me & it seemed like there was something else going on behind the scenes. What could it be?
I thought they were both remarkable and I was so sad to see him go... as an artist I think Jamar was different in a really good way but in the end.. I think Danny is going to be a shining star and tonight's performance proved that and it was nice to see Jamar in the audience still supporting his friend.

Is it ever okay to drink alone? When?
I've been debating this all week. I mean I am home alone and have lots of alchohol from my constant parties I have thrown this week. I know the dangers of drinking alone... Isn't it okay to have a glass of wine or a screwdriver by myself? I'm not trying to get drunk or anything, I just want a drink.... then again I'll admit I am an alcoholic in training.

How to explain the reasons a Catholic receives the Sacrament of Reconciliation, to a Non Catholic Parent who thinks it is not necessary?
Well, I think that would all depend on why they think its unnecessary... Do they have a problem with the child confessing their sins to a priest... Do they think their child is "without sin"... Do they just completely do not believe in God... trying to explain Reconciliation can be difficult but maybe you can explain their specific problem... and in the end it does not matter. The...

Yep, I'm Catholic, I believe in a merciful God, the father, who sent His Son, Jesus, down to save us from our sins and gain for us eternal life with him. I believe in the Holy Spirit which Jesus promised to us to lead us and guide us. I believe that they are three persons in one (like a clover) and that is God.
