Should I tell him how I feel and attempt to rekindle things? You should tell him, don't keep feelings like that bottled up. It is ok to tell him If he is only dating the other girl and not engaged or married. He can then take your feelings into consideration and hopefully he makes a good decision and come back to you. I believe it normal for a child to want to be there with you is as it's showing their compassion for you in your illness. Show them your appreciation for their concern and letting them see you vomit won't harm the child as throwing up is something everybody experiences. They will either be 'grossed out' or even more compassionate ie starting to cry if they actually see you...

It sounds like the pass out you experience has triggered a phobia or anxiety disorder related to your running. CBT or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy by a Psych doctor is a GREAT way of killing fears. It usually only takes 10 weeks until you are cured. Look it up on the net, there's plenty of info re CBT.

Interestingly, if a person stays chaste it causes mental problems with their sexuality (ie look at the situation with priests...).
