When a vehicle in a high speed chase blows a tire and rides on the rim, why does that slow the vehicle down so much? Does it only slow it on pavement or on all surfaces? I have been a marijana smoker for 7 or 8 years and My nose is blocked up quite often and I always find myself carring around kleenex. I was wondering that could be an allergic reaction to marijuana?
