First, I wet my whole body before I brush my teeth(in the shower hee hee). Then, I wash my face(scrub, scrub, scrub) and rinse. After that, I wet my hair again and shampoo it and rinse it and use conditioner. Then, leaving it(the conditioner) on, I use the shower cream on my body. In this order:...

I think it depends on what time you sleep. I heard about this research that found out that if you sleep after 10pm or something your body will feel more lethargic the day after. So...try sleeping earlier? Hope that helps!!
