First, I wet my whole body before I brush my teeth(in the shower hee hee). Then, I wash my face(scrub, scrub, scrub) and rinse. After that, I wet my hair again and shampoo it and rinse it and use conditioner. Then, leaving it(the conditioner) on, I use the shower cream on my body. In this order: Neck, left arm, right arm, front upper-part of body, right leg, left leg, back upper-part of body....

Why am I always tired even though I get a full night's sleep? I think it depends on what time you sleep. I heard about this research that found out that if you sleep after 10pm or something your body will feel more lethargic the day after. So...try sleeping earlier? Hope that helps!!
