I took my 90 yr old grandpa to the public toilet in a supermarket. (He cannot walk very fast & has bladder problems). He could not use it because it was closed for cleaning & cleaner said if she opened it everyone would have to use it. What do you think? that's why the cleaner is a cleaner. it's called stupidity or lack of judgment.
