Sometimes people say that you should call a place of employment after dropping off a resume or interviewing with the company. In a way, this seems really tacky to me and yet I hear that people get the job if they do that. What should be done? You cannot guess at what is going to appeal to the human being representing a company; the best thing to do, in my experience, is to ask, before leaving the interview, if it's okay to follow up in a few days with a phone call. If you're told not to bother, that's a fairly good indicator that you should keep going on interviews, and if the answer is yes, follow through and do it.

I think that sometimes, there isn't anything you can do to stop it from crying anyway, so as long as it isn't hurt, hungry, or in need of a changing, I don't see the harm (other than to my eardrums). No-one answers the cries of adults, so perhaps being left to "cry it out" is a valuable early life lesson.

[gross, sorry] The toe nearest the pinky toe, on both of my feet, the majority of its toenail is coming off of the bottom layer. It isnt happening on any other toes. Is this normal? Is this a sign of something else? or am I just not eating enough protein? As suggested, it could be a nail fungus or an injury. If there is any pitting on the surface of the nail, it could also be psoriasis. You should have it checked out.

That's very sad, both for her and you. I wish I could help... when I've had cats that had stillborns, I've left them with the mother until she falls asleep, and then removed them. I'll give details if anyone wants to know but I was really shocked and acted impulsively to stop it. If the offended party was indeed offended (perhaps you took something out of context?), then they should pursue it, rather than you. I had what I thought was a scar at first, until it slowly spread, and it turned out to be ringworm. So I'm supposed to apply a cream until it disappears and then a week more. But it's gradually faded, still barely visible; when do I start the 1 week clock Ringworm is a real bear to get rid of; I picked it up off a girlfriend's dog once, and it took months of anti-fungal cream to shake it. A friend bought hydrocodone from someone and took it, she broke out in this red rash. my dad said it could be from it being her first time on it, but i dont think it was hydro b/c it happened to some other kids who had done it before, was it side effects? I'm not sure I understand your last statement; are you saying that other people took the same pills and experienced the same side effect? I'm sure it was a side-effect. Itching and therefore skin irritation is the most typical side effect of any opiate/opioid, after analgesia and euphoria.
