I am not sure what your laws are there, I'm in Canada..here he would be tossed in jail where the working people would pay for his stay in jail. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it was a positive but when i went and took a blood test the same day i was told that it was a 7 and that it had to be much higher then that therefore i was not pregnant but i still haven't had my period yet! Nowadays preganacy tests are pretty accurate
