well shoot, kids in high school said that every time someone said "idaho" in high school, and that was 20 years ago...so while it maybe insulting, i think it's more a play on double-meaning and pronunciation rather than racist.

i've broken both pinky toes several times, and if you break it, usually, you KNOW it. it hurts constantly, you can't put any weight on it, and you can't bend it. sounds more like you just smacked it around pretty good. even if you broke it, there's not a lot you can do: my doctor just tapes it...

"Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" by AC/DC when i was a kid, i always thought they were saying "dirty knees and the thunder chiefs..." didn't matter that i DID know the name of the song, that's NOT what they were singing!
