Do sit up's with a wieght. I normally perform my sit ups with a 20kg plate on top of my chest holding it firmly with both arms over it, securing it so that it doesn't move and hit me in the face, lol or that I may drop it. However this must be done with caution as you may hurt yourself...

More private, and cheap! sometimes you'll have to repeat yourself just to get a message through when talking due to reception, whereas text messaging the message can be read over and over without having to repeat yourself.

Represented QLD in the Rugby League state of Origin from under 12, 13,14 & 17. Played QLD cup for Souths Logan Magpies (feeder club for the Canberra Raiders) And next year I will be off to play in France! :P
