My friend got his driver's license suspended for a year and the year is up. The DMV is saying that he has to get insurance before he can have it back but he doesn't have a car and can't afford one. What can he do? he could be put on someone elses insurance for a 30 day period or more and go to the DMV and do what he has to do...after that he will have his license back regardless so they cant take it away unless he does something stupid, lol

If I cosign on a loan and the individule does not pay, I know I am obligated to pay the loan, but do I have any leagle recourse against him? I believe you can take legal action against the person you cosigned for. Technically when they signed the paper they made an agreement to pay. So if you pay for them, they went against that agreement. But you might also have to prove that they made the agreement to pay.

Clothes sizes always vary from shop to shop. Wouldn't it be better if all ladies jeans were sized like men's, with the waist and the leg measurements? It would probably be easier. Female pants are based on average sizes and since some women are not averaged sized this would make it more convenient and the search for the perfect pair of jeans wouldnt be so hard.
