Most local codes require that you add an extra 10 to 15% for each circuit going into the panel. It's called the MCA. (maximum current ampacity). It's a safety factor. Remember, you need to do each circuit separately. Not just the total and add 15%.

I believe you can. If I remember my old altar boy days correctly I took communion at each mass I served, sometimes 3 time a day. Also a priest receives communion at each mass so it should be the same for the congregation.
