I did end up getting the flu,and at times I get a flu,what strain of flu I do not know.It does cause headaches,muscle pain,and fever,but eventually goes away.It has never been a serious issue in my health.I am almost over the flu now.

I usually get a flu shot every year but I'm CONFUSED this year! I heard if you get the regular flu shot it makes it MORE likely you'll get H1N1. And I heard H1N1 vaccine is not very effective. What do you think? I would not rely on the swine flu vaccine will being effective.I have not gotten a flu shot in decades and never had a life threatening flu in my lifetime.

I would say there is as many gods as there is people that believe there is a god.It is an individual thing and differs from person to person,regardless if they belong to a religious sect,or are spiritualists that follow no religion.

There is no clear answer to that.One can have different masters and gurus that they follow.The path is difficult as it is and is probably a good idea to follow a spiritual leader that has geniunely mastered the pitfalls of life.If the goal is enlightenment then to do it alone could take many more lifetimes.
