Well, my suggestion would be you can always use the strengthening... more muscles means more power... you just have to train your legs to adapt with your new muscle tissue... don't work out your legs too much, and running is still your best bet versus actually strength training... Just start...

I've not heard of complete blindness ever.... but blurred vision can sometimes accompany the use of ecstasy for days or weeks... it sucks... i call it x-vision.....
