I am 21 years old. I don't remember when but sometime within the last few years my period changed. It lasts 4 to 5 days. The first 2 days my flow is now very heavy and extremely painful. After those 2 days it's lighter with no pain. Is this normal? your periods can change alot over your lifetime...after childbirth....stress...weight changes...see your doc if your concerned
